Mr.G.Rajesh, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus,directing the respondent to strictly comply with the guidelines stipulated in the verdict of THE NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL PRINCIPAL BENCH, NEW DELHI delivered in Original Application No.31/2019 (I.A.No.07/2019) with Original Application No.86/2019 (M.A.No.11/2019) dated 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
22.07.2019, while being issuance of the No Objection Certificate towards the erection of the petrol Bunk particularly in the following locations, Poonthottam and Eravanachery-Koothanur in the Tiruvarur District.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent, while issuing the No Objection Certificate the respondent is to strictly comply with the guidelines stipulated in the verdict of THE NATIONAL GREEN TRIBUNAL PRINCIPAL BENCH, NEW DELHI. 4.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5.It is seen that the matter relates to a Public Interest Litigation. Therefore, this Court cannot appreciate the stand taken by the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to file the case before appropriate forum.
With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
