Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the fourth, third and first respondents in connection with the orders passed by them in their proceedings 1) P.R.No.148/E1/2000 dated 17.11.2000 2) C.No.PR.148/E.1/2000 dated 17.04.2001 and 3)Rc.No.145135/AP.I(3)/2004 dated 5.3.2004 respectively and quash the same.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 16.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. After hearing the Special Government Pleader, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.11.2020 under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that this petition was originally filed before the Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.2337 of 2004. Subsequently, it was abolished and hence, the petition was transferred to the Writ Court and renumbered as W.P.No.18309 of 2007. He would further submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner filed another writ petition in W.P.(MD).No.22459 of 2018. This Court by order dated 26.11.2019 allowed the writ petition and also directed the respondents to re-instate the petitioner into service. Further, the petitioner was also reinstated into service. Hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the subsequent developments and the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
