ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case from the file of the second respondent police station to the third respondent and direct the third respondent to depute a competent officer to take up the investigation in Crime No.155 of 2014 and proceed as per law.

2.Heard, Mr.V.Kasinatha Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police is conducting investigation and the same is yet to be disposed of.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. However, the second respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.155 of 2014, pending on his file and file a final report if not filed, within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
