ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed on the ground that the learned Official Liquidator did not comply with the earlier order dated 14.06.2018 passed by this Court in Comp. A. No.695 of 2014 in Company Petition No.82 of 2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order has now been duly complied with by the learned Official Liquidator by delivering possession of the property to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
