This petition has been filed to order "Substituted Service" to the second respondent in the above CMA by publishing notice in one issue of Tamil Daily, 'Makkal Kural'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that notice to the second respondent returned unserved. Hence, the paper publication in Tamil Daily "Makkal Kural" in Kallakurichi Edition for R2 may be ordered.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to effect paper publication in the Tamil Daily "Makkal Kural" in Kallakurichi Edition for R2 mentioning the date of hearing as 12.06.2023.

5. Post the matter on 12.06.2023.
