This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th Respondent to investigate the matter in Cr. No.4089/2015 and alter the section based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2016 to the 1st Respondent in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that after completion of investigation in crime No.4089 of 2015, final report was filed and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.2394 of 2019 and the same ended in acquittal by judgment dated 19.06.2023. 4.

Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is

closed.
