ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's right to keep the Digital Banners of Placards or Sign Boards relating to his business which is erected in the premises of petitioner's shop situate at No.38, Balfour Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 in conformity with Rule 11 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Permission for Erection of Digital Banners and Placard) Rules, 2011 without following the procedure. 2.

It is seen that the interim order granted by this Court on 14.05.2015 continues till now. However, as per the amendment in the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Permission for Erection of Digital 2/4

Banners and Placard) Rules, 2011, the petitioner is directed to keep the Digital Banners of Placards or Sign Boards relating to his business which is erected in the premises of petitioner's shop situate at No.38, Balfour Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 in conformity with Rule 11 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Permission for Erection of Digital Banners and Placard) Rules, 2011 on condition that the petitioner shall follow the amended Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies (Permission for Erection of Digital Banners and Placard) Rules, 2011.

With the above direction, this writ petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
