The petitioner has come forward to file the present writ petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider his representation dated 26.01.2014 made for the purpose of issuing Subsidy Claim Form No.3.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent by producing the letters dated 30.04.2013 and 11.03.2014 submitted that the loan applications under the EDP scheme have been returned to the second respondent including the application of the petitioner for the purpose of presenting them before the nearby bank.

3. Considering the above stated factual position, a direction is issued to the second respondent to send the loan application of the petitioner returned by the third respondent to the nearby bank, if not done already, in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
