This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate action against the 3rd and 4th respondents herein for their legal and extra constitutional activities referred in the representation legal notice dated 11.02.2016 submitted by the petitioner.

2. Now, almost three years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
