This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to depute a competent officer to investigate the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.11.2013.
2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the basis of the complaint dated 25.11.2013 given by the petitioner, already enquiry has been conducted and that the subject matter of the litigation relates to a Civil https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dispute and therefore, the complainant has already been advised to seek remedy through the Civil Court.
3. Under such circumstances, this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent has to be dismissed. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as the remedy to the petitioner lies elsewhere and not before this Court.
