These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 3880 & 4260 days in filing the petitions to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent and 2nd appellant, to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the sole respondent and 2nd appellant and to bring the respondents 2 and 3 and the petitioners 3 to 9 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and second appellant respectively. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and since the respondents have given no objection in allowing these petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
