ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to to transfer the investigation in Crime No.153 of 2013, pending on the file of the first Respondent to the CB-CID or any other independent investigating agency.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in Crime No.153 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
