3.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered, the delay of 162 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.Saleem Fathima for the respondents 1 to 3 while listing the appeal for admission.
