(By J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 335 days in representing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs, and the matter may be argued on merits. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) by the petitioners to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 17.06.2025.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it "for admission" on 18.06.2025, if the same is otherwise in order.
