O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri, on 13.02.2020 and the same is yet to be taken cognizance.

2.In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and there shall be a direction to the Court below to act upon the final report filed by the respondent Police on 13.03.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
