O R D E R

(The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing/Hybrid Mode".) The present Contempt Petition filed by the petitioner is to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 20.12.2018 in C.M.P.No.20319 of 2017 in C.R.P.(NPD)No.4323 of 2017.

2.The 1st respondent filed counter affidavit in the Contempt Petition. According to the learned counsel for the 1st respondent, the learned Judge passed order in E.P.No.447 of 2017 on 21.12.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 21.12.2018 only in the afternoon, after the learned Judge passed the order, stating that this Court by order dated 20.12.2018 in C.R.P.(NPD)No.4323 of 2017 in C.M.P.No.20319 of 2017 granted extension of interim stay of execution of the decree in E.P.No.447 of 2017 till 24.01.2019.

3.Considering the contentions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent and in view of the order passed by this

Court dated 02.11.2021 made in C.R.P.(NPD)No.4323 of 2017, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
