This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by K.Bakthavachalam and K.Vijayaraghavan, petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.484 of 2021 and the same was closed on 28.12.2021. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the 2nd respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
