ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to effect the service connection to the petitioner's house at Door No.73, North Street, Ranjithapuram, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District, without insisting NOC from the Boothan Board. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for effecting service connection has not been considered by the respondent so far.

3.Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that if any application is filed by the petitioner and if the same is in order, it would be considered on its own merits and appropriate orders will be passed without loss of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further time. He further submitted that if the petitioner has to furnish any other document, he will have to submit the same. Needless to say that if any application is received by the respondent for effecting service connection, it has to be considered and appropriate orders has to be passed without loss of further time. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
