ORDER

This criminal revision petition is filed challenging the dismissal of the petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Un.Crl.M.P.SR.No.662 of 2023 dated 27.10.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pappiredditpatti. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on the complaint filed by the petitioner, no enquiry was conducted except assigning C.SR.No.53 of 2023 and the order passed by the Trial Court is not proper.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and took time to ascertain the status of C.S.R.No.53 of 2023.

4.Today, it is submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.69 of 2023 under Section 107 Cr.P.C. was registered and the investigation is pending. A copy of the FIR was served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
