ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to consider the petitioner complaint dated 28.12.2023 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life for catching fish in the Manickanur Lake, Kaveripattinam Union, Krishnagiri Taluk and District. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent along with all the relevant documents and the same shall be acted upon by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law and decision shall be taken, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the complaint. 2/5
