ORDER

Seeking a direction to order change of investigation of the case in Crime No.79 of 2015 on the file of the 4th respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent for further investigation and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint dated 27.03.2015 lodged by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.79 of 2015 has been registered for offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC by the 4th respondent police and if four months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the 4th respondent before the concerned Court. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent police to complete the investigation expeditiously and to file final report before the concerned Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the concerned Magistrate and file a protest application in accordance with law.
