ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a sum of Rs.32,446/- through a Cheque bearing No.030404 drawn on The Vellore District Central Cooperative Bank Limited, Vaniyambadi Branch, has been paid to the petitioner.

2.Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed with a direction to the respondent to continue paying the subsistence allowance to the petitioner.
