W.P.No.18509 of 2007 has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the demand letter by the respondent in Lr.No.SR/DEDC/RCS/HTS/HTSC No.28/A1/ACCD 06-07/2007 dated 25.04.2007 demanding the sum of Rs.6,53,839/- towards Additional Security Deposit from the petitioner and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
