Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the selection of medical seat either in the said Raja Muthiah Medical College, Chidambaram or in any other college due to the present development after declaring and bringing the Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Chidambaram under the control of the Government and the third respondent.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider the candidature of the petitioner for the medical seat either in Raja Muthiah Medical College or in any other college.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she got selected for the payment quota in Raja Muthiah Medical College, Chidambaram and was directed to remit the fee of Rs.4,80,000/- and the hostel fee and other incidental charges of Rs.2.25 lakhs and odd which totally comes to around Rs.7.5 lakhs per annum. Since this petitioner's father is a daily wage worker, he could not meet out the amount demanded by the Raja Muthiah Medical College and hence expressed inability and sought to keep the petitioner in the waiting list. Now as a recent development, the Government of Tamil Nadu has taken over Raja Muthiah Medical College and therefore, the fee structure would be altered and hence, the petitioner has approached this court by this writ petition.
3. Mr.E.Manoharan learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent Mr.Abdul Saleem learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent.
4. Mr.D.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the MGR Medical University.
5. Mr.Abdul Saleem, learned counsel submits that all the seats in the for Raja Muthiah Medical College have already been filled up and there is no vacancy and earlier, there were some seats vacant in the Management quota and the same were also filled up and therefore the petitioner cannot be accommodated in any of the colleges.
6. In view of the submissions made by the respective learned counsels for the Respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as no direction can be issued. No costs.
