The criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to modify condition (b) of Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 26.11.2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 22485 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 2539 of 2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd petitioner is unable to offer blood relative as a surety; that the conditional order passed by this Court to deposit Rs.3lakhs could not be complied with and the 2nd petitioner is unable to execute the sureties. 2\4

Considering the request made, condition(b) at paragraph No.4 of the order dated 26.11.2025 in Crl.M.P. NO. 22485 of 2025 in Crl.R.C. No. 2539 of 2025 is modified as follows: '(b) the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruppur.'

Time granted to execute the sureties and to make the deposit is extended by two weeks from today.
