Prayer:- This Contempt petition is filed, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.13211 of 2012 dated 10.01.2018.

O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Contempt petition to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.13211 of 2012 dated 10.01.2018.
2. This Court has passed and order in W.P.No.13211 of 2012 dated 10.01.2018 and the result portion of the said order is extracted hereunder:
"16. In the result:
(a) This writ petition is allowed by setting aside the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.8616/A2/2008, dated 30.01.2019.
(b) The respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the proceedings in O.Mu.No.8564/3/2008, dated 05.01.2009, by giving fair opportunity to the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders approving the appointment of Usharani as Secondary Grade Teacher from her initial date of appointment and pay all the service and monetary benefits to her.
(c) The said exercise shall be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(d) No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 08.03.2019 this Court directed the respondents herein to give opportunity to the petitioner and report on 15.03.2019. Accordingly, the respondents have conducted the enquiry and passed orders in Na.Ka.No.641/A4/2018 on 13.03.2019. But, the second respondent had rejected the request of the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.641/A4/2018 dated 13.03.2018, in the manner known to law.
With the above observations this Contempt petition is closed.
