The learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported no instructions for the appellants on 21.09.2021 in the second appeal. Hence, the Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants and print their names in the cause list after issuing notice to them. Though the notices are served and the names of the appellants are printed in the cause list today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants.
