2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the proceedings in C.C.No.8 of 2015 has been disposed of before the learned Speical Judicial Magistrate at Villupuram on 13.12.2015. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
