ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.08.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner entered into a Rental Agreement on 22.08.2018 with regard to a car bearing Registration Number TN 01 AQ 6526 with one Mahesh. He further submitted that the said Mahesh used the said car for illegal purpose and cheated the petitioner and hence he lodged a complaint on 29.08.2019, but so far, no action has been taken on the said complaint. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.72 of 2019, was issued and after preliminary enquiry, the complaint was closed on 12.12.2019.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner by way of reply submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to the closure of the complaint.

5. Recording the submissions of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed. The Respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the complaint by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
