Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No.114 dated 02.05.2007 rejecting the appeal petition of the petitioners for grant of planning permission with regard to the building put up at No.128 to 130, North Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-17 comprised in T.S.No.7686/1 to 4 and 5411/2 by quashing the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the building put up in the aforementioned property.
