ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of his statutory revision filed under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983 on 29.11.2016, against the order of termination passed by the second respondent on 3.11.2016.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner that the revision is pending on the file of the first respondent for disposal under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act from 29.11.2016, hereby directs the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent to consider the statutory revision filed by the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
