This writ petition was filed challenging the communication dated 10.03.2015 issued by the 1st respondent directing the petitioner to furnish the information sought for by the 2nd respondent.

It is seen from records that there was no representation on the side of the petitioner on more than one occasion. This writ petition pertains to the year 2015 and there has been absolutely no improvement for the last seven years and the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent are not interested in prosecuting this writ petition. Hence, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this writ petition pending particularly considering the lapse of time. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
