This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.384 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kodavasal Police Station, Thiruvarur District.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already investigation has been completed and filed final report in Crime No.384 of 2019 on 05.03.2020 and it is pending for taking cognizance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvarur. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
