ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

2. This is a petition filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 684 days in filing the above writ appeal as against the order dated 02.1.2020 passed in W.P.No.6078 of 2017.

3. We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition. We are satisfied that the delay during the intervening period was largely due to Covid-19 pandemic and as per the dictum of the Supreme Court, it can be condoned. The period of delay earlier to Covid-19 pandemic is only ten days and condonable.

4. Finding justification, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
