This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.7 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that F.I.R in Crime No.7 of 2014 has been investigated and filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.39 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pollachi and the same was ended in acquittal by order dated 24.04.2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
