This original petition has been filed taking advantage of Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 seeking Succession Certificate with respect to policy in Life Insurance Corporation of India Limited of N.Radha, the mother of the petitioner herein.

2.Paper publication had been effected and thereafter, evidence had been recorded. The petitioner examined herself as PW-1. The death certificate of her mother N.Radha was marked as Ex.P2. The death certificate of her father was marked as Ex.P3 and the death certificate of her brother N.Mallikharjuna Rao was marked as Ex.P4. It is stated that her brother N.Mallikharjuna Rao died as bachelor. The legal heirship certificate of N.Radha was marked as Ex.P5. The LIC policy status report was marked as Ex.P6 and the copy of the paper publication was marked as Ex.P7. 3.In view of the evidence adduced, this Original Petition stands allowed. The Succession Certificate may be issued in the name of the petitioner, Chandrakala Nutalapati.
