ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondents 2 and 3 to restore the Car bearing Regn.No.TMU 847 Ambassador Car to the petitioner from the possession of the 1st respondent.

2.No representation for the petitioner either in person or by his counsel.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 2nd and 3rd respondents filed a status report and submitted on the basis of the complaint given by the 1st respondent, enquiry has been conducted in C.S.R.No.248 of 2012 and the same is closed on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.08.2012. The relevant portion of the status report is extracted here under:- "I Submit the on completion of the thorough and detailed enquiry and based on the written statement of the complainant, Tr.Anbu, Special Sub Inspector of Police closed the C.S.R.No.248 of 2012 on 08.08.2012. Also, the investigation had conducted the enquiry in a fair, free and impartial manner in accordance with law. We have complied all the mandatory provisions during the course of the enquiry. Hence, there is no necessity to restore the car bearing registration No.TMU 847 Ambassador Car to the petitioner from the possession of the 1st respondent, as prayed by the petitioner in his petition."

4.In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the above case and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
