ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 02.02.2018 2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's land was acquired by the first respondent without giving compensation and alternative land to the petitioner.

3.Having regarding to the limited scope of the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, is inclined to issue a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.02.2018 and to dispose of the same.

4.Accordingly, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.02.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
