ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.195 of 2017, pending on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruthuraipoondi.

2. In this case, the FIR has been registered for an offence under Sections 143, 188 and 285 of Indian Penal Code. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court reported in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another] and [A.Santhos Yadav Vs.The bar Council of Tamil Nadu and others] reported in 2015 (4) CTC 317. Accordingly, the proceedings in S.T.C.No.195 of 2017, pending on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruthuraipoondi is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
