This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records and quash the First Information Report in Crime No.378 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, E-8, Kelambakkam Police Station, Kelambakkam, Kanchipuram District, in so far as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

it relate to the petitioner Nos.1 to 3 mentioned as Accused Nos.5, 6 and 13 in the above Crime No.378 of 2013. 2.When the matter was called on 10.03.2020, there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, this Court directed the Registry to post this matter today, i.e. 11.03.2020 under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in the above said crime number is still pending.
