ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2019 and thereby directing the respondents to depute the surveyor to measure the petitioner's property and earmark the same property situated at Tambaram Taluk, Jaladianpettai Village in Survey No.165/2, measuring to an extent of 6546 sq.ft.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2019 and to measure and earmark the subject property, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
