2.Mr.P.B.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the suit had been filed for partition and for declaration that the sale deed registered in a Sub-Registrar office which is outside to the jurisdiction of this Court as null and void.

3.Since part of cause of action had arisen within the jurisdication of this Court, leave is granted and this application is allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to number the plaint, if it is otherwise in order.
