ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of investigation, in pursuant to the petitioners representation dated 09.11.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the respondent police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner, on the guise of enquiry.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, as of now, there is no petitioner enquiry or First Information Report pending against the petitioner. Earlier, there were two Current Paper enquiry conducted in C.No.450/JCOP/DCA/22 and 4532/COP/VISH/22. Now, the petitioner is no more required for enquiry.

4. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that, no further order is necessary in this petition.
