O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the Engineer-in-Chief & Chief Engineer (General), Public Works Department, respondent, dated 02.03.2013 made in Lr.No.52 (4)/62035/2012 and consequently, direct the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner, in the post of Junior Engineer, with effect from 1999 and to extend all benefits both service and monetary, including promotion from the date on which his immediate junior was promoted as Assistant Executive Engineer and other benefits.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent states that orders have been passed vide Letter No.Thaa1/1/2019/dated 01.11.2019 granting the benefits sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition. 3.
