Today, when the matter is listed for hearing along with W.P.No.17491 of 2011, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition in W.P.No.17492 of 2011 and to that effect, he has also submitted a letter dated 28.09.2021 before the Registry.

2. In view of the above said letter and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition in W.P.No.17492 of 2011 is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
