ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of patta in her name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. She had given a representation to the respondents on 03.11.2025 for the same. Since the said representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of patta is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 3rd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.11.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
