This Application No.402 of 2021 is filed by a third party, who wants to get himself to be impleaded in the present suit which is filed to enforce a foreign decree.

2. The sum and substance of the application is that the applicant herein is the major shareholder of the defendant company viz., M/s.Cetex Petrochemical Limited. However alleging that neither in the foreign proceedings nor in the present suit to enforce the foreign decree, he was arrayed as a party. Hence, seeks indulgence of this court to permit himself to be impleaded as a defendant.

3.On perusing their record, I find that it is just and necessary to implead the applicant as one of the defendant to the suit to render complete justice. Hence, the Application is allowed.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and list the matter on 04.06.2021.
