This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from surveying the property at Patta No.195 in S.F.No.284/2 and 284/3 at Echipatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District to an extent of 1 Acre and 53 Cents except in accordance with law by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner passed away last year due to Corona.
