Heard Mr.G.Rajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to take action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2013.

3.Counter affidavit has been filed by the second respondent/ The Assistant Director of Rural Development, O/o.The District Collector, Tiruvannamalai District, from which it is seen that action has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

taken on the petitioner's complaint and explanation is also been called for by the District Collector vide Memo dated 24.03.2014. 4.In the light of the above, this petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to proceed in accordance with law pursuant to the said Memo. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
