Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of a writ or order by directing the respondents to regularize the service of the members of the petitioner by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 03.01.2019 within a reasonable time or pass other order or direction this Hon'ble Court may deem fit.

The case of the petitioner is that the first respondent herein submitted a information under RTI Act by instructing that they are taking appropriate action on the resolution submitted by the petitioner to regularize the service of the members of the petitioner. Thereafter on 2.01.2019, the petitioner Sangam https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed a resolution to regularize the service of the members of the petitioner, since the respondents had not taken any action on the earlier resolution. Thereafter on 03.01.2019 the petitioner made a representation to the respondents and others along with the resolution dated 02.01.2019 to regularize the service of the members of the petitioner. However, till date that representation was not considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 03.01.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 03.01.2019 submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
